Here’s how it works:
- Participants sign up to indicate interest in participating: PEARC21 Extra Life sign up
- Friends and family can also take part.
- Specify which games you’re interested in.
- Sign up for Extra Life (Individual or Team),

- Attendees can create teams with friends, family, or co-workers

- Attendees can continue to raise money, even after PEARC21 concludes (instruction manual).

- Or join the PEARC21 Team

- Then they can create a Discord account: Discord Login Page.
- Users will be added to the Extra Life PEARC21 channel, where they can chat with other participants.

- Conference attendees will be added to the channel once they sign up.

- Non-conference attendees will be added on the day of the event.
- Gaming sessions are scheduled for July 20, 12:30-3:30 p.m. PST and July 21, 1-4:00 p.m. PST.
- During the session, you will be invited to select the game of your choice; then login and start playing!
